4D CAD Services is a computer aided design (CAD) consultant service company located in Spokane, Washington bringing over 24 years of drafting, design, and Tool & Die experience. I am committed to the idea that the "client" comes first and with that commitment, I am dedicated to your total drafting needs and complete satisfaction.

As a project manager, design engineer, and developer on a variety of technical and creative projects, I have the technical competence to get your project done. My specialties include: application and mechanical engineering, problem solving, creative thinking, data management, project management, CNC programming, and training.

Qualifications:

• 17 years of Tool & Die experience.
• 11 years of Design & Project Engineering experience using SolidWorks CAD and PDM software.
• 11 years of finite element structural analysis (FEA) software, including calculations of stresses and factor of safety.
• Performance of failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Development of engineering specifications, parts list, machine design, and modification existing designs.
• Generation of part and assembly models and prepares design documentation.
• Support of mechanical design operations for manufacturing.
• Support for business development in the proposal process.
• Creation of 3D CAD models, structural analysis, machine design, design documentation, test procedures, component selection, troubleshooting, manufacturing and vendor support.
• Evaluation of tolerance analysis.
